Their pho with fillet mignon is so hard to chew and feels like a rubber. Fillet mignon is supposed to me tender and soft I think they just call it fillet mignon but the actual meat is low quality rare steak. Very disappointing I recall it used to be good but unfortunately has taken a huge step back.

I came here because they accept reservations, but the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, so a reservation didn’t seem necessary. Overall, the food was just average and nothing really stood out to me. The pho portion was smaller than expected, with only a small amount of meat. Considering the quantity of meat provided, I felt the price was on the expensive side. Spring roll was $13 and only two roll comes out. Service was good. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would return.

Wow, I found my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Orange County. Hands down tone of the best Pho and Rolls I have had. Shaken Beef and garlic noodles were so good. Only one problem, it wasn’t enough. All fairness, if they had given me a double portion, I would have eaten it. Haven’t experienced good quality food in a while, everything tasted to perfection.

One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Orange County! The entire ambience of the place is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal. The food not only looks beautiful but also tastes absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

We came during OC Restaurant Week and tried the special menu at 399 Vietnamese Kitchen, and it was such a great experience. The value was really good and it was the perfect way to try a few different dishes. We started with the egg rolls, which were super crispy and packed with flavor. For entrées we tried the phở bone-in rib and vermacelli pork rice dish and both were standout dishes. The pork mignon was tender and flavorful, and the pho broth was rich and comforting. The restaurant itself has a nice, clean atmosphere and the service was friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a great spot for Vietnamese food in Orange County, this is definitely worth checking out especially during Restaurant Week.
